Great location (just next to the bus station), very friendly staff, my room was quiet and had everything I need. Breakfast here is delicious and filling, with extended time by an hour on weekends, in order to guests can get enough sleep. Perfect!

Very happy with our stay. Be aware they say they state they only service the room every 4th day so for our 4 night stay it meant no change of towels or bed making. We were quite comfortable with this but it may not be acceptable to others. We asked for a kettle so we’re able to make both coffee and tea. Again remember to bring yiur own coffee bags and teabags. Breakfast was fairly basic but

My mom and I came to Kaunas for Ed Sheeran's concert. The prices for accommodations were, let's say, way overpriced. I am glad we finally were able to find something. The Ibis hotel has a great location - right next to the bus and train stations. Staff, atmosphere, cozy rooms - we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay P.S. Voucher for a free drink was a nice bonus

The location is excellent and is very close to the bus station. There is a hypermarket next door. I checked in very late and the process was very smooth and hassle free experience. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was as described.

Location, breakfast and room all excellent. The Kaunas Mosque is just a 5 minute walk and the museum devoted to the life of Japanese diplomat Sugihara is just above that. In addition, the bus stop for the Ninth Fort is very close, also worth a visit for WW2 buffs. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the train station and pretty much next to the bus station.

Brilliant staff, my plane was late, so I checked in only around midnight, when check-in was supposed to close at 11:30. I contacted reception on the way and the receptionist waited until I got there. Brilliant location too.
